E= Exercise .get out for a walk practicing Socal Distancing. Yoga, treadmill all keep the juices flowing
D= Diet, choose healthy foods, protein, veg, healthy fats.
S= Sleep, Dr. Daniel G Amen a leading brain specialist explained, 7 hrs of sleep is like taking your brain through a car-wash.

Well, here we are in the relatively first week of “panic “in the world as far as the people of Alberta are concerned they have been hit twice this week. Firstly there is the Covit -19 virus which as we have all heard has countries curtailing out of country flights, cancellation of the NHL, NBA season with lots of other cancellations concerts, seminars, etc as well as the “Sucker Punch” by OPEC on the World Oil Price.
One question I have is why the WHO, Government of Canada as well as other countries waited so long to get out in front of it as they are “at least 60-90 days behind”.I have been seeing many-many experts get up & tell the world & its leaders what to do & not many listened. Is that why we are at this point in history today?
What is this going to do for the day to day Real Estate Market? I know as of today I have had 1 Buyer who was moving in from Central Canada call me & put all their home-buying plans on hold because of the virus as well as the drop on the stock market .
I had another internet “soft offers” from the “internet clowns” going from listing to listing sent me ridiculous offers on homes that even in today’s market are worth 30-40% more.
The bottom line here lets hope we do all our part to take this pandemic out …wash your hands, & if you are feeling “flu-like ” quarantine yourself for 14 days, but beyond everything else …BE-Nice to each other in these Trying Times.
